1) Stand Alone with an investment of 40 to 50 lacs including Franchise fee of Rs. 10 lac.

2) Shop in Shop Concept for an already running restaurant with investments of Rs. 9 to 10 Lac including Franchisee fee of Rs. 7 lac.

We as a Franchiser provide

1) Brand name usage rights for a period of 10 Years.

2) Technical know-how to set up restaurants and kitchens.

3) Training to the kitchen staff at Chandigarh Sundarams outlet & food to staff.

4) Monitoring the quality of food from time to time.

Our expectations from franchisee

1) The franchisee should have a minimum space of 1200 sq. feet with high footfall (Main Market).

2) The franchisee should setup & maintain restaurant as per Sundarams specifications.

3) The franchisee should allow access to all information.

4) The franchisee should take food license, sales tax number, service tax number, etc.

5) The franchisee should register with labor department and pay employees dues regularly.

6) The franchisee should not alter menu prices & items.

7) The franchisee should not open any counter or outlet.
